By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms.

✨ OUR PRODUCTS (Made Just for You)

All of our items are made-to-order, and many are customized specifically for you.

That means:

Each piece is created after your order is placed

Personalized details (names, dates, wording) are made exactly as submitted

Please double-check all customization details before placing your order

We are not responsible for errors provided at checkout (such as spelling or incorrect dates).

⏱️ PROCESSING AND PRODUCTION TIME

Because each item is handmade:

Orders require time to design, create, and finish

Processing times may vary depending on the item and order volume

Estimated timelines are provided but may occasionally shift

We promise we’re working hard behind the scenes to get your order just right!

📦 SHIPPING 

Orders are shipped once production is complete

You will receive tracking information once your order is on its way

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control—but we’re always here to help if issues arise.

💗 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because your items are custom-made and made-to-order just for you, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

We hope you understand that personalized items can’t be restocked or resold.

That said—your happiness matters to us!

If there is an issue with your order, we will absolutely make it right.

🛠️ ORDER ISSUES AND REPLACEMENT

If your item:

Arrives damaged

Is not what you ordered

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

❌ ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Orders may be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase

After that, production may have already started and changes may not be possible.

If you need help, reach out as soon as possible—we’ll do our best!

💳 PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD (we currently only ship to US Region)

Payment is required before production begins

Prices may change over time, but your order is locked in at checkout
